Access Your Profile

Log in to My Account to update your profile information.

In addition to updating your profile information, you may also Change Your Password, view your Wish List, Orders, Sell Requests, and Recently Viewed products.

Change an Email Address

If you are changing your email address, please confirm that is included in your Contacts or Safe Senders list.

Click Account Details, then click the Change Email Address button.

Change a Phone Number or Address

The phone number on an order's shipping address is the one we will use to contact you.

Click Addresses, then select Edit to update an existing address or select New Address to add a new address.

Change a Payment Method

Click Payment Methods to edit or add new payment methods.

Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to have your Star City Games customer account, contact us to request that your account be closed.

Please note that once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reactivated and your purchase history is no longer accessible.

You may always unsubscribe or modify your email preferences at the bottom of any marketing email you receive without closing your Star City Games account.
