View your order history and understand order statuses.

<h2 id="viewing-order-history">Viewing Order History</h2><p>To view recent orders, click&#xA0;<strong>My Account,</strong> then click&#xA0;<strong>Orders</strong>.</p><p>To view orders placed between 7/20/17 and 9/28/19, go to the <a href="https://old.starcitygames.com/myaccount/shipments">Shipments page</a>.&#xA0;</p><p>To view orders placed before 7/20/17, go to the former&#xA0;<a href="http://old.starcitygames.com/myaccount/orders/">Orders page</a>.</p><h2 id="orders-missing-from-order-history">Orders Missing from Order History</h2><p>If you do not see an order you placed under your Order History, you may have checked out as a Guest while logged out of your account. A confirmation email containing the order number and information would still be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may request that a Guest order be linked to your account after checkout.</p><p>If you did not receive the confirmation email, please <a href="https://contactus.starcitygames.com" rel="noopener" target="_blank">contact us</a> with the name and email address used to place the order, and we will be happy to resend it to you. Automated emails about order status updates may appear in your spam or junk folder, depending on your inbox settings.</p><h2 id="order-statuses">Order Statuses</h2><p>Star City Games will send an email notification to advise of the following order statuses: Declined, Refunded, Partially Refunded, Cancelled, Awaiting Pickup, Shipped, and Partially Shipped.</p><p>While most order statuses are self-explanatory, certain statuses have further details below.</p><h2 id="manual-verification-required">Manual Verification Required</h2><p>The order requires manual review by one of our Customer Service Representatives. Once the order is reviewed, an email with either your order acceptance or a request for further information will be sent to the email address used to place the order within one (1) business day of order placement.</p><h2 id="awaiting-payment">Awaiting Payment</h2><p>This order has an outstanding balance you must pay before the order can be fulfilled and shipped. Possible reasons include the selection of the Bank Wire Transfer payment method at checkout, additional shipping charges to get your order to its destination, or a payment method that was declined. Our Customer Service team will e-mail you with an explanation and how to resolve the issue.</p><h2 id="awaiting-fulfillment">Awaiting Fulfillment</h2><p>Once an order is placed and paid for in full, the order status will display Awaiting Fulfillment until Star City Games prints a label for shipping. Our fulfillment team works Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM ET (excluding holidays) to pick, pack and ship orders.&#xA0;</p><div class="tip-callout">Orders containing preorder product will remain as Awaiting Fulfillment until the release date.</div><h2 id="shipped">Shipped</h2><p>Once Star City Games has packed your order and created a shipping label, your order status will display Shipped. Star City Games will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that tracking updates will not be available until the carrier picks up the package and scans the barcode on the shipping label. Packages being shipped are picked up between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM ET Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.</p><h2 id="awaiting-pickup">Awaiting Pickup</h2><p>After selecting Onsite Pickup at Star City Games &amp; Comics, your order will be set to Awaiting Pickup once it has been fulfilled. <h2 id="access-your-profile">Access Your Profile</h2><p>Log in to <strong>My Account</strong> to update your profile information.</p><p>In addition to updating your profile information, you may also <a href="https://help.starcitygames.com/change-your-password" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Change Your Password</a>&#xA0;and view your <strong>Wish List</strong>, <strong>Orders</strong>, <strong>Sell Requests</strong>, and <strong>Recently Viewed</strong> products.</p><h2 id="change-an-email-address">Change an Email Address</h2><p>If you are changing your email address, please confirm that @starcitygames.com is included in your Contacts or Safe Senders list.</p><p>Click <strong>Account Details</strong>, then click the <strong>Change Email Address</strong> button.</p><h2 id="change-a-phone-number-or-address">Change a Phone Number or Address</h2><p>The phone number on an order&apos;s shipping address is the one we will use to contact you.</p><p>Click&#xA0;<strong>Addresses</strong>, then select&#xA0;<strong>Edit</strong> to update an existing address or select&#xA0;<strong>New Address</strong> to add a new address.</p><h2 id="change-a-payment-method">Change a Payment Method</h2><p>Click&#xA0;<strong>Payment Methods</strong> to edit or add new payment methods.</p><h2 id="delete-your-account">Delete Your Account</h2><p>If you no longer wish to have your Star City Games customer account, <a href="https://contactus.starcitygames.com">contact us</a> to request that your account be closed.</p><div class="warning-callout">Please note that once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reactivated and your purchase history is no longer accessible.</div><p>You may always unsubscribe or modify your email preferences at the bottom of any marketing email you receive without closing your Star City Games account.</p>

<h2 id="create-a-wish-list">Create a Wish List</h2><ol><li>Log in to your Star City Games&#xAE; account.</li><li>Click <strong>My Account</strong>.</li><li>Click <strong>Wish Lists</strong>, then click the <strong>New Wish List</strong> button.</li><li>Enter a <strong>Name</strong> for the Wish List.</li><li>(Optional) To share your Wish List, check <strong>Share Wish List?</strong></li><li>Click <strong>Create Wish List</strong> to save your Wish List.</li></ol><h2 id="manage-wish-lists">Manage Wish Lists</h2><p>Add an item to your default (oldest) Wish List by clicking the heart button from a search. Add an item to a specific Wish List by clicking <strong>Add to Wish List</strong> on the item&apos;s product page.</p><div class="tip-callout">Add a card in a specific language to your Wish List by setting the search filters to display that language only.</div><p>Further options are available by clicking <strong>My Account,&#xA0;</strong>then clicking <strong>Wish Lists:</strong></p><ul><li>Click <strong>Edit</strong> on a Wish List to update its name or if it can be shared.</li><li>If your Wish List is shareable, click <strong>Share</strong> to get a link to that Wish List.</li><li>Click <strong>Delete</strong> to delete that Wish List.</li></ul><p>Prices of Wish List items may change. Prices are not final until the time of purchase.</p><p>Shared Wish Lists only display the name and item list of that Wish List; no user information is shared alongside the Wish List.
