Items cannot be added to or removed from orders that have been released for fulfillment. The goal is to fulfill and ship orders within one (1) business day, which prevents us from being able to accommodate modification requests.
To cancel an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. When an order is too far along the fulfillment process, we may approve an authorized return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Orders awaiting fulfillment because they include preorder items may have items cancelled. Cancellation of preorder items may be subject to a processing fee. Please see our Preorders article for more details.
