Scan Requests of Individual Cards

We understand wanting to be confident in the quality of the product you are purchasing.
You may request scans of individual cards for which the Near-Mint (NM) version is priced at or above $99.99. Check out our card condition guide to better understand our grading standards.

How to Request Scans

  1. Prior to submitting your purchase, contact us with your request, including each card's SKU or Name, Set, Description, Language, and Finish.
  2. A confirmation will be emailed to you once your request has been received.
  3. Scans will be emailed to you within one (1) business day after the request was received.
  4. When placing your order, include the filename of your preferred card(s) in the order comments field.
  5. Reply to the email you received with the images with your order number and preferred card(s).
  6. Our Fulfillment Team will include your selected card with your order. If it is no longer available, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you.
 

Cards are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Delays in submitting an order will impact availability of card selection. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.
