Preorders

Payments for preorders from Star City Games® are usually processed at the time the preorder is placed. Preorders are then fulfilled and shipped on their respective release dates.

Orders containing both preorder items and in-stock items will not ship until the final preorder item's release date. We recommend ordering preorder items separately from in-stock items to prevent delays in shipping in-stock items.

If you have multiple preorders awaiting fulfillment, they may be eligible to be combined and shipped under one tracking number, subject to our Combining Orders policy. Preorders placed after 6 PM ET on the Tuesday before a preordered item’s release date may not be combined.

We cannot modify existing orders. To cancel an incorrect order, please email customer.service@starcitygames.com.

Preorder cancellations must be requested no later than two (2) business days prior to the release date of the preordered item(s) and are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the price paid at the time of sale. Refunds, minus the processing fee, are issued to the original payment method.

Only booster boxes picked up at the Star City Game Center are eligible for Wizards of the Coast’s Buy-a-Box promotion.
