Preorders

Payments for preorders from StarCityGames.com® are usually processed at the time the preorder is placed. Preorders are then fulfilled and shipped on their respective release dates.

You may contact Customer Service to make changes to an existing preorder up to two (2) business days before the release date of the preordered item(s). In your message, please include any relevant order numbers and a detailed description of the changes you wish to make.

Preorder cancellations must be requested no later than two (2) business days prior to the release date of the preordered item(s) and are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the price paid at the time of sale. Refunds, minus the processing fee, are issued to the original payment method.

If you purchase both preorder and non-preorder items together, the shopping cart will automatically divide the items into two separate orders. 

To combine the shipment of preorder and non-preorder items:

  1. Add the items to your cart.
  2. Click Combine Orders and then click Checkout Now. Your entire order will now ship on the release date of the preordered items.

To ship preorder and non-preorder items as two separate orders:

  1. Add the items to your cart.
  2. Click Checkout Now. On the Shipping Options page you will see both shipments with the preorder items as Shipment #1 (of 2). Choose the shipping method for both and click Confirm Shipping Options to enter your Payment Method and complete the order.
